As the year winds down, I find myself reflecting on all that I am thankful for. Life, with all its twists and turns, has a way of showing us what truly matters—and for me, that journey has been beautifully intertwined with dance, supportive friends and family, and exciting new ventures.
First and foremost, I am incredibly grateful for my health journey. This year has been a testament to resilience, strength, and embracing each day with gratitude. Every step I take—whether on the dance floor or off—is a reminder of the progress I’ve made and the possibilities ahead.
Real World Ballroom has been a bright, joyful part of my life, and I am thankful for the amazing dance family that surrounds me. From instructors to fellow dancers, every class, practice, and performance has been filled with laughter, support, and inspiration. Dance continues to be a source of joy and connection, a place where passion meets movement and every moment is celebratory.
This year also brought a new chapter with my business venture. Launching something I’ve been dreaming about and seeing it grow has been both thrilling and humbling. I am especially grateful for my business partner, whose collaboration, support, and shared vision have made this journey deeply rewarding.
Of course, I am also thankful for supportive friends and family—you know who you are—whose encouragement makes the highs sweeter and the challenges easier.
As we approach the new year, I am filled with gratitude—for health, love, friendship, dance, and the joy of pursuing passions that light up my life.
And speaking of joy, I’m thrilled to share a special treat: our special Thanksgiving tap dance which captures some of the pure fun and energy that dance brings into our lives!
May your holidays and the year ahead be filled with the same gratitude, love, and joy that dance brings to my life. Keep moving, keep smiling, and never underestimate the power of following your heart—both on and off the dance floor.
With deep gratitude for ALL - MaryAnn
