Jeremy Bennett- Instructor
Lindy Hop
Meet Jeremy Bennett, the Swing King of Real World Ballroom. Hailing from the quaint streets of Thomasville, NC, he's been strutting his stuff in the social dance scene since 2013.
When he's not Lindy Hopping across the dance floor, you can catch him tickling the ivories on the piano or scouting out the next dance hotspot to unleash his moves. Although swing and Lindy Hop are his jam, he's not one to shy away from a bit of Balboa or Charleston action either.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete newbie, Jeremy will make sure your dance journey is as smooth as a perfectly executed kick step! Check out Jeremy's new Facebook Page - Slither Swing https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61577203873399 (Slither Swing)

MaryAnn Molloy - Instructor
Ballroom, West Coast Swing, Wedding couples
I've had a passion for dance my entire life. I first took ballroom lessons by myself when I was 40. That didn't last long because I had no one to dance with. When I was 50 I convinced my husband at the time to take lessons. We quickly became addicted and were dancing three times a week and even did some showcases. Fast forward to the next decade and at 60 I became a certified professional ballroom instructor with Arthur Murray. I taught under a great mentor with a studio in Raleigh, NC for a couple years. My specialty is working with baby boomers, people with two left feet and wedding couples.
Here's the thing about taking lessons with me. Although the dance is based on traditional ballroom my approach is threefold. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Life Coach and a Ballroom Instructor, yes I'm a triple threat :) I blend the mind and body together to teach you not just to dance. I help you learn or remember how to have FUN!
The other component is being able to dance anywhere with any music. Ballroom is a great foundation to use anywhere. I strongly believe our bodies are made to keep moving and our minds are meant to keep expanding. That's how you get to experience life to its fullest!

Willie Frazier -Instructor
Willie’s dance journey began in 2007 at UNC Charlotte, where a simple hobby ignited into a full-blown passion. Rising through competitions and rigorous training, he quickly became one of the university’s top ballroom dancers. By 2013—before even graduating—he was already leading as the school’s dance instructor, organizing competitions and sending students across the East Coast to compete.
In 2011-2012, Willie took his skills international, training under intense conditions at Nagoya University in Japan. Now back in the U.S., he specializes in International Style ballroom, pop, wedding choreography, and event dance lessons. He’s also a familiar face at anime conventions, where he brings the art of dance to enthusiastic crowds.
From classic ballroom to trending moves, Willie brings structure, grace, and a whole lot of rhythm to every dance floor.
